Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to service customers in the Chicago area. This field-based role involves installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional segments with travel within surrounding locations.

You will contribute to brand standards, support sales and service teams, and deliver measurable customer outcomes. We offer paid training, a company vehicle for business use, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of service-related experience in maintaining, troubleshooting or installing equipment.
• Must have a current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Overnight shifts and emergency call coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during visits and help ensure Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a stocked vehicle and support first-time fix.
