Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with customers face-to-face and expand access to Spectrums high-speed data and communication solutions. Youll drive growth through lead visits, needs analysis, and tailored proposals, with a base salary plus lucrative incentives.

The role emphasizes outdoor work (mostly in the field), with opportunities to earn total compensation over $100,000 through incentives.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent English communication skills in speaking, reading and writing.
Own a valid driver018s license and reliable vehicle.
2+ years of sales or related experience preferred.
Willingness to travel to assigned territories and work outdoors in various conditions.

Responsibilities

Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrums offerings.
Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
Present sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrums solutions.
Complete required sales documentation accurately (dispositioning, order entry, reporting).
Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and development.
Aim to achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
