Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and bring Spectrum’s high-speed data, TV, mobile, and voice services to residential customers. You’ll visit leads, assess needs, propose tailored solutions, and handle required order documentation.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video.
• Monitor competitors’ activities in the territory and report insights.
