Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for face‑to‑face engagement.
• Able to analyze customer needs and tailor Spectrum solutions accordingly.
• Willingness to travel across assigned territories and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through assigned leads and in-person visits.
• Perform consultative needs analyses and tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all sales documentation, order entry, and reporting accurately.
• Participate in sales meetings and trainings to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly targets across Spectrum services: data, voice, TV, and mobile.
• Monitor competitive activity and share insights with your manager.
