FASTSIGNs East County Delta is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Outside Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition and manage commercial client relationships across the [Region / Market Name] area. Responsibilities

• Proactive Prospecting: Identify and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, field prospecting, networking events, and local business outreach (general contractors, real estate developers, property managers, retail chains, and corporate accounts).
• On-Site Consultations: Conduct site surveys, take precise measurements, assess architectural layout, and collaborate with prospective clients to determine their optimal signage strategy.
• Consultative Selling & Proposals: Work with internal design and production teams to build custom proposals, scope projects, present detailed estimates, and close sales agreements.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain an accurate pipeline using our CRM system to track leads, client interactions, quotes, and projected close dates.
• Project Oversight & Coordination: Serve as primary liaison between the client and our production/installation teams to ensure project specifications, deadlines, and customer expectations are met.
• Account Management: Nurture long-term client relationships to earn repeat business, ongoing maintenance contracts, and local referrals.
