Job summary

FASTSIGNS East County Delta is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Executive to drive new business and manage commercial client relationships. You will identify prospective clients, conduct on-site consultations, and deliver tailored visual branding solutions across the designated region.

The role offers a strong base salary plus an aggressive commission plan with an OTE of $70,000+ in Year 1 and significant growth as you build your book of business.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Prospecting: Identify and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, field prospecting, networking events, and local business outreach.
• On-Site Consultations: Conduct site surveys, take precise measurements, assess architectural layout, and collaborate with prospective clients to determine signage strategy.
• Consultative Selling & Proposals: Work with internal design and production teams to build custom proposals, scope projects, present estimates, and close deals.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain an accurate pipeline using our CRM system to track leads, quotes, and projected close dates.
• Project Oversight & Coordination: Serve as liaison between client and production/installation teams to ensure deadlines and specs are met.
• Account Management: Nurture long-term client relationships to earn repeat business and referrals.
• Compensation & Benefits: Base salary + uncapped commission; OTE $70,000+; top producers earn $90,000+

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, goal-oriented
Outside Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition and manage commercial client relationships across the [Region / Market Name] area. In this role, you will identify prospective clients, conduct on-site consultations, evaluate site needs, and deliver tailored visual branding solutions.

This position offers a strong base salary plus an aggressive, uncapped commission structure with realistic
On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $70,000+ in Year 1, and significant growth potential as you build your book of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive Prospecting: Identify and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, field prospecting, networking events, and local business outreach (general contractors, real estate developers, property managers, retail chains, and corporate accounts).
• On-Site Consultations: Conduct site surveys, take precise measurements, assess architectural layout, and collaborate with prospective clients to determine their optimal signage strategy.
• Consultative Selling & Proposals: Work with our internal design and production teams to build custom proposals, scope projects, present detailed estimates, and close sales agreements.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain an accurate pipeline using our CRM system to track leads, client interactions, quotes, and projected close dates.
• Project Oversight & Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between the client and our production/installation teams to ensure project specifications, deadlines, and customer expectations are met.
• Account Management: Nurture long-term client relationships to earn repeat business, ongoing maintenance contracts, and local referrals.

  • Target Earnings: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE $70,000+; top producers earn $90,000+)
