As a Payroll Client Advisor you will prospect and run Auris Payroll presentations to close deals within a fast sales cycle, reporting to a Payroll Division

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and set appointments
• Maintain client records in the CRM system (Atlas)
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure wins
• Stay up-to-date on product/service portfolio and fintech developments
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership
• Other responsibilities as needed
