Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Executive for Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting, you will drive profitable sales growth within an established account base of CPA firms. You will report to the Divisional Manager, Field Sales. Your specific responsibilities include:

  • Learning the full line of Tax & Accounting products, including features, benefits, pricing, and value propositions, through training and self-study.
  • Implementing the sales process for Tax & Accounting products to meet sales quotas.
  • Managing assigned accounts, researching contact information, building calling lists, making calls, and maintaining CRM data.
  • Promoting new accounts, conducting prospecting calls, participating in industry events, and conducting presentations.
  • Growing existing customer business by staying informed of their needs and conveying the value of WK solutions.
  • Contributing to product development and issue resolution by identifying gaps and working with Product Managers.
  • Increasing TAA market share by identifying opportunities and engaging with clients at various levels.
  • Managing time and resources effectively to achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and addressing account conflicts.
  • Developing an annual business plan with accurate pipeline predictions and forecasts.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related field; or 6+ years of software/SaaS sales experience.

Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, with experience in software, SaaS, or content information; meeting/exceeding quotas; developing business plans; and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.

Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in consultative sales, ability to work independently within a matrix organization, and excellent facilitation skills. Prior sales awards and formal sales training are a plus.

Travel: Up to 30% annually for client visits and events.

Compensation

Target salary range for CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $95,560 - $133,750
