What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide sales leadership and collaborate with Field Applications Engineers and Business Units
- Promote and sell products to established customers while developing new prospects
- Manage multimillion-dollar OEM accounts and drive activity across a global sales channel
- Develop and implement a sales plan and growth strategy for your territory and customers
- Track orders and revenue by customer and provide exceptional customer service to address technical inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or Engineering with a technical discipline/background
- Minimum of 3 years of current field sales and applications experience, preferably in energy markets
- Strong understanding of the interconnect solutions industry; energy storage, eMobility, and lighting experience is a plus
- Knowledge of international business practices is advantageous
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across engineering and managerial functions

- Technical aptitude with the ability to assess and provide solutions for customer design challenges
- Self-motivated with a track record of identifying and pursuing new customers and markets
