What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide sales leadership and collaborate closely with Field Applications Engineers and Business Units
- Promote and sell products to established customers while developing new prospects
- Drive activity across a global sales channel and manage multimillion-dollar OEM accounts
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for your territory and customers
- Build rapport with customers and provide solutions for complex interconnect problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or Engineering with a technical discipline/background
- Minimum of 3 years of current field sales and applications experience, preferably in energy markets
- Knowledge of interconnect solutions industry, with experience in energy storage, eMobility, and lighting as a plus
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate technical design wins and contracts
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint)
