What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide sales leadership and collaborate closely with Field Applications Engineers and Business Units
- Promote and sell products to established customers while developing new prospects
- Manage Networking, IT, and Datacom strategy across North America and coordinate with international teams
- Identify interconnect opportunities and collaborate with customer engineering teams for product integration
- Develop and implement a sales plan and growth strategy for assigned territory and customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or Engineering with a technical background
- Minimum of 3+ years of current field sales and applications experience, preferably in energy markets
- Strong understanding of the interconnect solutions industry; experience in energy storage, eMobility, and lighting is a plus
- Business/Marketing aptitude with knowledge of international business practices preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, to build customer relationships and provide high-level service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience negotiating technical design wins and establishing approved vendor status
- Proven ability to assess customer design challenges and provide effective solutions
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and meet strategic objectives
- Leadership experience in driving new opportunities within a global account environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
