Job summary

Alcrete is seeking a Sales Engineer to actively engage with customers and prospects in the precast concrete market in Florida. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, coordinating with engineering, and assisting with quotes and specifications.

This exempt, field-facing position requires leadership and strong communication skills, with travel across a 150-mile radius around Florida City. You will build relationships and promote Alcrete products regionally.

Qualifications

• Industry experience within construction and/or construction materials.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent work ethic with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment of teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop a target customer list and grow new business opportunities.
• Attend industry trade meetings and events.
• Research planned public and private construction projects in target market.
• Travel within a 150-mile radius of Florida City to customer locations and project sites.
• Solicit new project quote opportunities and coordinate with the engineering team on quotes.
• Follow up with customers on submitted quotes.
