Job summary

Adonel Concrete is expanding its sales team in South Florida to promote and sell Ready-Mix concrete and concrete block. Ideal candidates have a solid outside sales background in construction, strong negotiation and customer service skills, and the ability to manage time effectively while working with a team.

A valid driver's license is required. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, establishing new accounts, building relationships with customers and vendors, and meeting sales

Qualifications

• 10 years of Outside Sales Experience in the construction industry (concrete industry preferred).
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Ability to efficiently manage time and work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block to customers.
• Identify prospective customers and projects.
• Establish new customer accounts and projects promptly.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers, vendors, and the community.
• Meet or exceed sales metrics and forecasted budget.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Effectively communicate between departments, including customer service, accounting, and operations.
• Assist in the collection of revenue when necessary.
