Job summary

Alcrete is seeking a Sales Engineer to actively engage with customers and prospects in the precast concrete market in Florida. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, coordinating with engineering, and assisting with quotes and specifications.

This exempt, field-facing position requires leadership and strong communication skills, with travel across a 150-mile radius around Florida City. You will build relationships and promote Alcrete products regionally.

Job Description: Sales Engineer

Reports To: General Manager

Position Overview

The role of a Sales Representative at Alcrete is to actively engage with customers and prospective customers to develop new business opportunities within the precast concrete industry.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Development of a target customer list.
• Attending industry trade meetings and events.
• Research planned public and private construction projects within target geographic market.
• Travel (within 150-mile radius of Florida City) to customer locations to promote Alcrete product.
• Travel (within 150-mile radius of Florida City) to customer project sites to monitor Alcrete field performance.
• Solicitation of new project quote opportunities.
• Coordination with Alcrete Engineering Team on the completion of project quotes.
• Follow up with customers on submitted project quotes.
