Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert for EMSO, EW and SIGINT, specializing in C-UxS systems. The role requires translating customer needs into engineering requirements and supporting CUxS product lines with hands-on field support.

The candidate will interact with sales, program management and business development, travel on short notice, and possess TS/SCI clearance plus Part 107 certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 15 years operating DoD spectrum management, EW or SIGINT systems.
• At least 3 years operating CUxS systems.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with CUxS systems.
• Part 107 Certification (FAA Remote Pilot).
• Understanding of DoD spectrum management, EW/SIGINT ops.
• RF fundamentals: propagation, detectability, direction finding.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into engineering specs.
• Ability to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Represent CACI EW directorate as EMSO, EW, SIGINT, and ELINT SME.
• Support products and developments linked to CUxS.
• Provide Field Sales Engineering support to CUxS customers.
• Translate customer requirements into engineering requirements for spirals.
• Assist Account Managers with sales activities and opportunities.
• Create and maintain CUxS opportunities in Salesforce.
• Provide weekly status reports to sales and BD leads.
• Provide onsite equipment support, troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs.
• Lead customer training sessions and train-the-trainer courses.

Job description

• Represent CACI Electronic Warfare directorate as an EMSO, EW, SIGINT, and ELINT Subject Matter Expert
• Support products and developments associated with CACI EW Products, focusing on CUxS products
• Provide Field Sales Engineering support to existing CACI C-UxS customers
• Support Sales, Program Management, Business Development, and Product Management in developing and sustaining CUxS and C-UxS product lines
• Provide technical assistance for EW Products, specifically CUxS and TEWS Products
• Demonstrate CACI CUxS products for government testing, capability demonstrations, integration, and regression testing
• Translate customer requirements into internal engineering requirements for spiral product improvements
• Assist Account Managers with sales activities and opportunity creation
• Assist Business Development with capture goals
• Create and maintain CUxS opportunities in Salesforce CRM
• Provide weekly status reports to CACI sales and business development leads
• Provide or assist with new equipment training and train-the-trainer courses
• Provide onsite equipment support at customer sites, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs
• Maintain mobile phone, text, and email communication with internal leadership and customer points of contact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree - or equivalent experience
• At least 15 years of operational experience operating DOD spectrum management, EW or SIGINT systems in an operational environment
• At least 3 years operational experience using CUxS systems
• An active TS/SCI due to the customer set
• Experience directly related to CACI CUxS systems
• Current or ability to obtain Part 107 Certification (FAA Remote Pilot Certificate)
• Detailed understanding of DOD Spectrum management, EW and/or SIGINT operations in all domains
• Detailed understanding of RF fundamentals, including propagation, detectability, and direction finding
• Ability to interact with customers to understand requirements and translate them into engineering requirements unsupervised
• Ability to travel on short notice
• Understanding of DOD Service organizations and their internal functions
• Ability to lead training classes with customer users
• Experience with sales, front-end of the business, and face-to-face customer interactions
• Familiarity with Joint DoD RF tactical communication systems, applications, and wireless networking
• Prior Military MOS, NEC, or Officer Designation in an EW/SI specialty
