Job summary

CAC I International Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Engineer for CUxS products to support EW/SIGINT offerings. This role requires extensive operational experience with DOD spectrum management and CUxS systems, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

You will assist with sales, demonstrations, and translating customer requirements into engineering tasks. Travel up to 50% across the Continental US is expected. The position emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Program Management, and Business Development to

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree - or equivalent experience.
  • At least 15 years of operational experience with DOD spectrum management, EW or SIGINT systems.
  • At least 3 years operational experience using CUxS systems.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Part 107 Certification (FAA Remote Pilot) desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales, Program Management, Business Development, and Product Management in the development and sustainment of the CUxS and C-UxS product lines.
  • Provide technical assistance to EW Products focusing on CUxS.
  • Demonstrate CUxS products at customer sites for testing and demonstrations.
  • Translate customer requirements into engineering requirements to support product improvements.
  • Lead training and instruction related to CUxS and provide onsite equipment support.

Job Title: Field Sales Engineer-CUxSJob Category: Business Development and MarketingTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCIEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 50%Type of Travel: Continental US* * *The Opportunity:Represent CACI Electronic Warfare (EW) directorate as an Electro-Magnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO), Electronic Warfare (EW), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) Subject Matter Expert (SME) and support products and developments associated with CACI EW Products – with focus on CACI CUxS products. Provide Field Sales Engineering (FSE) support to existing customers of CACI C-UxS products.Responsibilities:Support Sales, Program Management, Business Development, and Product Management in the development and sustainment of the CUxS and C-UxS product linesProvide technical assistance to EW Products specifically CUxS and TEWS Products focusing on CUxSDemonstrate CACI CUxS products in various locations supporting government testing, demonstrations of capability, integration, and regression testing.Translate customer requirements into internal engineering requirements to support spiral improvements to the product line.Assists the Account Managers in sales and activities and creation of opportunities.Assist Business Development in capture goalsCreate and maintain opportunities related to CACI CUXs in the CACI Products CRM tool SalesforceProvide weekly status reports to CACI sales and BD leads for CUxSProvide and/or assist in new equipment training and train the trainer courses of instruction related to the CACI CUxS product line.Provide onsite equipment support at customer sites, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs.Maintain diligent mobile phone, text, and email communication with internal company chain of command and customer POCs.Qualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree - or equivalent experienceAt least 15 years of operational experience operating DOD spectrum management, EW or SIGINT systems in an operational environmentAt least 3 years operational experience using CUxS systemsAn active TS/SCI due to the customer setExperience directly related to CACI CUxS systemsCurrent or ability to obtain Part 107 Certification (FAA Remote Pilot Certificate)Detailed understanding of DOD Spectrum management, EW and/or SIGINT operations in all domainsDetailed understanding of RF fundamentals, including but not limited to, propagation, detectability, and direction findingSelf driven and have the ability to interact with the customer to understand the requirements of that customer and translate those to engineering requirements unsupervisedAbility to travel on short notice to demonstrate the CACI CUxS systems in an appropriate environmentUnderstanding of DOD Service organizations, also a detailed understanding of the different functions inside DOD Service organizationsAbility to lead training classes with customer usersDesired:Experience with sales, front-end of the business, Face-to-Face customer interactionsFamiliarity with Joint DoD RF tactical communication systems, applications, and wireless networking.Enjoys working with people, developing relationships, and sharing knowledge.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-stakes environment and work as a team.Prior Military MOS, NEC, or Officer Designation in an EW/SI specialtyThis position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
