Liberty Mutual Insurance, through Comparion Insurance Agency, seeks an Insurance Sales Associate for our South Easton, MA office. You will work closely with a Comparion Sales Agent to drive new business and customer retention, using consultative sales to build strong local relationships in the community.

The role emphasizes listening and empathy, with licensing training and exam fees covered. High School degree required; 1-2 years of sales experience preferred; licensing in Property & Casualty

Responsibilities

  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to prospect and initiate new business sales.

  • Identify cross selling opportunities for Sales Agent and contribute to marketing plan.
  • Meet monthly goals for new business sales and follow-ups on new policies to maintain retention and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure quality customer service and address customer concerns about policies and new accounts.

This position has in-office requirements.We’re Hiring Immediately!As an Insurance Sales Associate, you will work alongside with and support a Comparion Insurance Sales Agent in profitable growth through new business sales and customer retention. Your ability to listen and empathize are key in being the initial contact for our customers.
