Signify, a global leader in lighting, is seeking a Distributor Stock Specialist to join the Field Sales Team in the Gulf Region, based in Kansas City with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a Signify business unit. The role focuses on stock sales, distributor programs, and building strong contractor relationships.

The candidate will drive demand with distributors, lead product training for sales staff, and coordinate stock support with the District Sales Manager to meet growth goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience within the lighting, electrical, or industrial industries.
• High level of organization & multitasking; ability to work independently.
• Will to win and closing abilities.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Achieve stock sales goals and execute sales plans within the assigned territory.
• Promote CLS programs and initiatives to distributor partners and contractors at branch level.
• Drive demand and stock sales through electrical distributors with promotions and merchandising management.
• Lead sales training to increase product knowledge among channel sales personnel and key contractors.
• Provide pre- and post-order stock support and coordinate with the District Sales Manager.
