Signify, a global leader in lighting solutions, is seeking a Distributor Stock Specialist to join the Field Sales Team in the West Region (Phoenix, LA, SF, Seattle, Portland). The role focuses on stock sales goals, distributor programs, and training for contractors and internal sales staff.

Ideal candidates have a business-related degree, 1+ years in sales or product training, and strong Excel capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field to understand sales principles and product knowledge.
• 1+ years of experience ideally tied to sales and product training.
• Experience with Excel and other analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve stock sales goals and execute sales plans within the assigned territory and/or accounts.
• Drive demand and stock sales through distributor partners and contractors to ensure the message is heard at branch level.
• Lead sales training to increase product knowledge with channel inside and counter sales personnel and contractors.
