Job summary

The McAlear Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a results-driven Sales/Customer Service Representative to be the main liaison between the service center and external customers. You will generate leads, build relationships, and close deals while delivering exceptional experiences and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sales or customer service, strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to travel as needed for in-person meetings and trade shows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in overhead door or construction-related industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, chat, or in person with courteous etiquette.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers outside the service center.
• Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and retention of existing accounts.
• Communicate effectively to resolve issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
• Travel for in-market meetings, trade shows, and events as required.
