Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
5+ years of related sales experience with leadership responsibilities.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Directs and coaches a team of sales representatives to achieve volume and distribution targets.
Conducts effective one-on-one meetings, reviews performance, and creates improvement plans.
Develops and maintains training files, completes 90-day evaluations, and follows up on progress.
Engages in interview and onboarding processes with HR and participates in talent selection.
Maintains relationships with key accounts, reviews customer business needs, and resolves issues.
