Job summary

Dry Force in Dallas is urgently hiring Outside Sales Consultants for full-time roles in the DFW area. You will work with hot leads provided by pre-screened customers, closing deals with homeowners needing restoration services.

Training is intensive and designed to get you selling in under 30 days. Expect base salary plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses, with medical/dental/vision coverage and a 401k match after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside selling experience
• Ability to build rapport easily and establish trust with customers
• Strong communications skills – interpersonal, written, presenting
• Comfortable presenting information one-on-one and in small groups
• Able to work outside, in crawl spaces/attics, and with on-site tech tools

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to homeowners in their time of need by building trust and explaining Dry Force’s capabilities
• Evaluate nature of loss and prepare proposed job scope using moisture meters and company devices
• Prepare engagement and secure work authorization; discuss payment options with homeowners
• Stabilize moisture content and begin the drying process; manage homeowner expectations
• Communicate job status with customers, management, and insurance carriers; document all details
