Rust-Oleum is seeking a Sales Associate in Cheyenne, Wyoming to embark on an introductory sales journey, partnering with seasoned professionals. The role involves prospecting new accounts, managing existing customers, and traveling within the assigned territory. Starting salaries range between $60,000 and $65,000 with bonus potential, along with a supportive learning environment.

Ideal candidates will possess an Associate degree and relevant experience or training in sales/construction, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• One to two years' sales or construction experience and/or training.
• In place of experience, a bachelor's degree will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new accounts.

• Visit job sites to support installations.
