Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking a field-based sales professional in the Denver area to promote Stonhard/Liquid Elements products to architectural and design firms and to collaborate with construction teams.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar sales/design role, ongoing field presence, and strong communication and organizational skills. Competitive base pay ($85,000–$95,000) plus uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' industry experience in similar sales/design role.
• Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with customers.
• Ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions quickly.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.
• Able to organize and prioritize activities.
• Proficient with customer relationship management software (Salesforce) and Microsoft 365.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Promote Rust-Oleum and related products to architectural, design and engineering firms in a defined region.
• Engage with design-build construction firms.
• Maintain Salesforce records for accounts and projects.
• Coordinate with Territory Managers/Project Engineers/Market Managers/BDMs on recommendations, bidding, estimating, and quotes.
• Deliver group presentations to architects, interior designers and engineers.
• Meet or exceed activity standards for quotes and orders.
• Contact 10–15 clients in person each week.
• Enter a minimum of 5 new projects per week in Salesforce.
