Job summary

Vistra Energy, a leading energy provider, is seeking a Direct Sales Associate to acquire commercial customers in and around Waco, TX. You will present competitive business solutions and build a robust pipeline while representing the Vistra Energy brand.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), demonstrates strong computer skills, CRM experience, and fluency in English; Spanish is a plus. Residency near Waco is required; base salary plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalency.
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish preferred).
• Proficient in computer skills, Excel, CRM, and web-based tools.
• Proven sales ability to present pitches and close customers.
• Ability to negotiate and convert prospects into customers.
• Must reside in or near the Waco, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Contact commercial customers in/around Waco from a prospecting list.
• Present competitive business solutions to meet needs.
• Manage prospects in the assigned sales territory.
• Maintain records and reports to build a pipeline.
• Collect market and competitor information during sales process.
• Support management with results and recommendations.
