Responsibilities

• Regularly conducts sales, service, relationship and prospecting calls with property management companies and related stakeholders.
• Participates in industry events to generate business relationships and opportunities.
• Maintains positive customer relationships and demonstrates product knowledge.
• Writes project specifications and conducts job walks to review requirements with contractors.
• Seeks and closes sales opportunities while providing regular leads to managers.
• Keeps detailed customer and project records and coordinates with National Accounts.
