Job summary

Brawner Builders, Inc. is seeking a Safety Supervisor to support the Safety Director in developing and enforcing comprehensive safety programs across multiple job sites.

Qualifications

• Education in safety-related field or equivalent experience.
• Must possess standard industry safety credentials and certifications.
• Experience in infrastructure and building construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits inspecting work areas and sites to identify hazards and coordinate with Safety Director.
• Maintain 24/7 availability to respond to on-site emergencies and accidents.
• Investigate incidents with Safety Director to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MOSHA, and company safety policies; communicate findings timely.
• Assist in designing safety trainings and regularly conduct safety meetings and trainings.
