Job summary

BW Design Group seeks a Site Safety Manager for 100% travel across the United States. The role requires leading safety on active construction sites, developing safety plans, and delivering trainings to field teams while coordinating with client EHS managers.

Applicants should have at least five years in onsite safety inspections, two years in leadership, OSHA 30, and construction experience. Willingness to relocate and travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of onsite inspections or safety inspection experience.
• Two years in a safety leadership role.
• Construction industry experience required.
• OSHA 30-hour (Construction) certification.
• BCSP/CIH or equivalent preferred.
• Willing to relocate and travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Direct, monitor, and assist with safety and regulatory compliance functions.
• Lead and supervise staffing to manage site safety on active projects.
• Develop hazards analyses and site safety plans with execution teams.
• Deliver safety trainings including toolbox talks and JSA sessions.
• Interface with senior management and client EHS managers on safety issues.
• Review subcontractor safety plans and PPE inventory.
