Accurate Personnel is seeking an Area Safety Manager to support safety initiatives across multiple construction projects in the local market. You will work with field leadership to promote safe work practices, ensure OSHA compliance, and build a proactive safety culture across sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• Experience conducting jobsite inspections, safety observations, incident investigations, and employee training.

Responsibilities

• Travel between job sites to conduct safety inspections, observations, and coaching.
• Partner with foremen, superintendents, project managers, and field employees to reinforce safety expectations.
• Assist with OSHA compliance, incident investigations, corrective actions, and safety documentation.
• Conduct safety training and certifications for field employees.
• Monitor safety performance trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Serve as a safety resource for operations teams by providing guidance, support, and best practices.
• Promote a culture focused on accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
