Qualifications

• Lead field teams and maintain safety, quality, and training focus.
• Coordinate field and office tasks with 80% field work.

Responsibilities

• Support Area and General Manager in team management.
• Direct supervision of field crews; ensure safety practices.
• Develop relationships with customers and pursue new opportunities.
• Perform field inspections and attend client meetings.
