Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of safety experience or strong field leadership, OSHA familiarity, and a proactive, relationship-driven approach to on-site safety practices and training. The role offers $80,000–$100,000 salary and room to grow within construction safety.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of construction safety experience preferred; strong field construction experience will also be considered.
• Background in commercial construction or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA construction safety standards and jobsite hazard prevention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct jobsite safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments across active construction projects.
• Support safety compliance with OSHA, MOSHA, and company policies.
• Work closely with superintendents, foremen, and field crews to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with toolbox talks, safety meetings, employee training, and incident investigations.
• Support safety practices involving fall protection, traffic control, equipment operation, and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, inspection reports, and corrective-action records.
• Help promote a positive, proactive safety culture across commercial and infrastructure projects.
