D.H. Griffin Companies is seeking an experienced Site Safety Supervisor to oversee safety across assigned projects. The role requires strong field presence and collaboration with the Corporate Safety Department and field operations.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in heavy civil or industrial construction, be well-versed in OSHA 1926 regulations, and possess First Aid/CPR certification. Weekend or night work may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction safety with emphasis on behavioral-based safety programs and fundamentals of safety leadership.
• Experience on heavy civil construction projects preferred, with Confined Space and Trenching & Excavation.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, ANSI, NFPA, NEC and related safety codes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide visible field safety presence and conduct independent site walks.
• Communicate safety issues with Safety Director and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 1926 and applicable regulations.
• Attend meetings and address safety issues with staff.
