Job summary

You will partner with project teams, operations leadership, customers, and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture and compliance from startup to project completion.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certification is required.
• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Experience supervising active construction projects in field environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to CCC's safety culture and follow the Corporate Safety Manual.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and customer safety requirements.
• Partner with project leadership to promote safe work practices and project success.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific safety plans.
• Conduct safety orientations for employees, visitors, and subcontractors.
• Supervise site safety activities for modular building construction in a switchyard.
• Monitor safety performance for self-perform operations.
• Facilitate pre-task planning, JHAs, and Safe Work Planning.
