Job summary

Baker Concrete Construction, Inc is seeking a Field Safety Manager to promote IIF safety culture and ensure crews return home safely each night. The role requires spending 90% of time in the field observing and coaching on safety, quality and productivity improvements.

You will lead safety initiatives, partner with project teams, and reinforce positive behavior through recognition. Travel up to 25% is expected on projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in safety-related field with at least 4 years of concrete construction and safety experience.
• Certificate in a related field or OSHA 500 training certification.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the Company's IIF culture by being a safety resource to the project.
• Assists in project compliance with all safety rules and regulations.
• Conducts job site case management.
• Oversees the work of direct reports.
• Ensures a safe work environment.
• Participates in training/certifications.
