Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Field Safe & Secure Manager to lead the Safe and Secure Team at designated facilities, ensuring safety, security, and program compliance. The role requires collaboration with Facility Leadership and data‑driven decision making to protect associates and assets.

You will recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop the team; manage access control and badge issuance; oversee vehicle and theft risk reporting; and coordinate with risk, operations, and insurance partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Safe and Secure leadership experience
• 3 years supervising a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and data-driven skill set
• Experience implementing Risk Mitigation programs
• Experience working with OSHA programs

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Safe and Secure team at facility
• Recruit, hire, onboard associates and coach them
• Collaborate with Facility Leadership to support safety and security
• Manage vehicle and theft risk reporting
• Oversee access control and badge issuance
• Track KPIs and risk reports
• Domestic travel up to 10%
