Job summary

Airgas Safety, Inc. in Coppell, TX is hiring a Field Safety Sales Specialist to manage and grow Airgas business across the Mid South region. The role requires developing regional sales plans, pursuing new accounts, and achieving profitability targets while traveling within the territory.

The position emphasizes outside sales, safety product knowledge, and strong communication with internal teams and customers. A valid driver’s license and overnight travel are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related outside sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to travel overnight within territory.
• Knowledge of safety products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and profitable growth of Airgas business within the Mid South Region (OK, KS, and parts of LA, AR, MO & TX).
• Meet and exceed sales growth, profitability, and A/R objectives in the territory.
• Develop and execute regional sales and marketing plans.
• Identify, pursue, and acquire new accounts with emphasis on profit margins.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers.
