Job summary

InfraSource seeks a Field Safety Specialist to lead safety initiatives across an assigned region. You will oversee area and job site audits, coordinate injury management, and drive a strong safety culture in collaboration with the Area Safety Manager and regional leadership.

The role requires 3+ years of natural gas utility safety experience, OSHA 30, and related certifications. Travel within the region is expected; on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required as baseline safety credential.
• 3+ years of safety experience in natural gas utility environments.
• Proven safety leadership across field operations.
• Quanta train-the-trainer certification preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and audits across assigned area.
• Coordinate injury management with Workman’s Compensation team.
• Promote a positive safety culture and conduct safety trainings.
• Support OSHA and internal audits; drive corrective actions.
• Assist with investigations, root cause analysis and case management.
• Prepare monthly safety reports and expense documentation.
• Coordinate with Regional and Area Safety Managers on safety planning.
• Travel within the region as required.
