Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. seeks a Field Safety Manager to co-own regional safety improvements with managers and Directors, reducing injuries and liability. You will audit facilities, provide training, and ensure program implementation across Montana, Wyoming and Colorado.

Expected to travel 60% or more, conducting safety training for new managers and employees, coordinating with Safety Champions, and ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations. Strong coaching required.

Qualifications

• Co-own continuous safety improvement with Managers and Directors.
• Conduct audits and provide safety training to employees.
• Perform formal certification and operator qualification training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations Directors across safety aspects to improve performance.
• Lead safety audits at plants, offices, and sites and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Support incident response and investigations as required.
• Coach associates in safety and lead through example.
