Job summary

Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. is seeking an ES&H Representative (Field Supervision) to provide technical oversight of the project’s ES&H compliance through site inspections and daily surveillance.

You will collaborate with engineering, construction, subcontracts, and procurement teams to implement safety requirements, lead investigations, deliver toolbox talks, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent with 5–8 years of ES&H experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1926 and 1910 regulations.
• Experience conducting ES&H audits and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ES&H disciplines to implement program and standards.
• Deliver toolbox talks and advise on safety requirements in meetings.
• Develop and maintain safety systems and environmental protection procedures.
• Maintain ES&H databases and analyze data for trends and corrective actions.
• Coordinate incident notifications, investigations, and reports.
