Job summary

Exyte is seeking an EHS Manager to lead safety initiatives across project leadership and field personnel, fostering an Incident Free Workplace Culture. You will develop and enforce EHS policies, coordinate training, and advise management on safety compliance across regions.

The role emphasizes auditing, KPI reporting, and collaboration with client safety organizations to ensure project safety plans and risk assessments are thoroughly implemented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental, engineering or related field
• Must hold CSP, CHMM, PE, CHST or STSC certification
• 10–15+ years of experience in EHS Construction Management
• 5+ years of experience in the project scope (ATF, DTC, BLS)

Responsibilities

• Compiles and maintains EHS policies and procedures ensuring compliance with laws and company requirements
• Manages safety-related personnel
• Identifies training needs for regional employees
• Advises management on EHS issues
• Develops project safety plans and risk assessments
• Audits workplaces for safety culture and compliance
• Reports on project KPIs
• Provides EHS document control
