Job summary

EnRetro Power Generation Services seeks experienced Health & Safety Professionals to support maintenance outages across the United States. This field-intensive role requires direct engagement with craft personnel, supervision, and contractors to uphold safe work practices in fast-paced outage environments.

You will lead safety observations, conduct briefings, review hazard controls, manage LOTO activities, and coach crews to stop unsafe work.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Outreach completed with proof
• Experience in power generation outages or high-hazard environments
• Experience with LOTO / hazardous-energy control
• Knowledge of confined space, hot work, fall protection, PPE, and pre-job planning
• Experience supporting incident or near-miss investigations
• Strong field communication and coaching skills
• Ability to travel nationwide
• Ability to work ~12-hour shifts including nights, weekends
• Ability to complete required training before deployment

Responsibilities

• Conduct field safety observations and walkdowns
• Participate in daily turnover meetings and pre-job briefs
• Review JHAs/JSAs and hazard controls
• Monitor LOTO and hazardous-energy-control activities
• Support confined-space permitting and atmospheric monitoring
• Coach employees and supervisors on safe work practices
• Exercise Stop-Work Authority when needed
• Assist with safety orientations and toolbox talks
• Support incident and near-miss investigations
• Complete daily reports and safety documentation
• Support outage mobilization and demobilization
