Job summary

EnRetro Power Generation Services is seeking experienced Health & Safety Professionals to support planned outages across the United States. This is a field-facing role for professionals who collaborate with craft personnel, supervisors, project leadership, and customer representatives in fast-paced outage environments.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Outreach completed and able to provide proof
• Experience in industrial safety, power generation outages, turnarounds or high-hazard field work
• Working knowledge of LOTO / hazardous energy control
• Familiarity with confined space, hot work, PPE, and pre-job planning
• Experience participating in or supporting incident/near-miss investigations
• Ability to travel nationwide
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends and consecutive workdays during outages
• Ability to work in active industrial environments with stairs, ladders, scaffolding, heavy equipment, noise, heat, and changing conditions

Responsibilities

• Conduct field safety observations and participate in pre-job briefs and daily turnover meetings
• Review Job Hazard Analyses and monitor LOTO/hazardous-energy controls
• Support confined-space and hot-work activities; observe crane/rigging and critical-lift work
• Identify line-of-fire and dropped-object hazards; escalate or stop work when unsafe
• Assist with incident and near-miss investigations; coach employees
• Work effectively with craft personnel, supervisors, project leadership, and customer representatives
• Travel nationwide to outage sites; endure multi-week assignments and long shifts
