Job summary

EnRetro Power Generation Services is hiring Health & Safety Professionals to support outages across the United States. Field-based role with extensive travel and 12-hour shifts to ensure safe execution and hazard control in outage environments.

Responsibilities include safety observations, pre-job briefs, JHA/JSAs review, energy-control monitoring, and coaching crews. Travel nationwide; strong field leadership and incident investigation skills preferred.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Outreach completed — proof required.
• Experience in power generation outages and high-hazard environments.
• LOTO / hazardous-energy control knowledge with pre-job planning.
• Strong field communication and coaching skills.
• Experience supporting incident or near-miss investigations.
• Ability to travel nationwide and work extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field safety observations and walkdowns.
• Participate in daily turnover meetings and pre-job briefs.
• Review JHAs/JSAs for hazard controls.
• Monitor LOTO activities and energy controls.
• Recognize changing scope and boundary concerns.
• Support confined-space permitting and atmospheric monitoring.
• Coach crews on safe work practices and stop-work when needed.
• Assist with safety orientations, toolbox talks, and investigations.
