Job summary

EnRetro Power Generation Services seeks Health & Safety Professionals to support power-generation outages across the United States. This field-intensive role involves coaching crews, identifying hazards, and upholding safe work practices in fast-paced outage environments.

Typical duties include field safety observations, toolbox talks, incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with LOTO and PPE requirements. W-2 outage assignment employment with nationwide travel.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour completion required.
• Strong field communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to travel nationwide for outages.
• Experience with incident investigations and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field safety observations and walkdowns.
• Participate in daily turnover meetings and pre-job briefs.
• Review JHAs/JSAs for hazard controls and compliance.
• Monitor LOTO and hazardous-energy-control activities.
• Coach crews on safe work practices and conduct safety orientations.
