Job summary

EnRetro Power Generation Services is seeking experienced Health & Safety Professionals to support outages across the United States. This field-intensive role requires working directly with craft personnel, supervision, and project leadership in fast-paced outage environments.

You will observe, coach, and verify safe work practices, conduct safety meetings, and help investigate incidents and near-misses. Travel nationwide, typically 12-hour shifts, day or night, with extended periods away from

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Outreach completed — proof required.
• Experience in power generation outages or comparable high-hazard environments.
• Knowledge of LOTO and hazardous-energy control.
• Experience supporting incident or near-miss investigations.
• Strong field communication and coaching abilities.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work extended outages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field safety observations and walkdowns of work areas.
• Participate in daily turnover meetings and pre-job briefs.
• Review JHAs/JSAs for adequate hazard controls and permit requirements.
• Monitor LOTO, hot work, fall protection, and PPE compliance.
• Coach crews on safe work practices and escalate concerns.
• Assist with safety orientations, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
• Support incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Complete inspections and safety documentation for outages.
• Assist with outage mobilization and demobilization.
