Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Safety Manager to formulate, develop, and coordinate safety and loss control functions on construction sites. The ideal candidate will know federal safety regulations, electrical construction, and be able to operate various construction equipment.

A Bachelor’s degree in Safety or Construction is required along with relevant experience. The role requires 60–75% travel and a schedule that spans early mornings to evenings, with flexibility for nights,

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Safety or Construction.
• Experience: 3–5 years of Safety experience or 5 years of experience in the electrical trade.
• 4th year apprentice or above.
• Travel: 60-75%.

Responsibilities

• Monitors compliance with government regulatory agencies such as OSHA, MSHA, DNR, etc.
• Collaborates with Safety Department to improve safety and health onsite and for the company overall.
• Interfaces with customers and general and specialty contractors, as well as trade associations to facilitate best safety practices and compliance and provide an appropriately consistent approach to health, safety, and environmental issues.
• Acts as primary contact for onsite safety-related issues or concerns.
• Conducts accident investigations and recommends corrective action based upon incidents and/or trends.
