HazTek Safety Management is seeking a Site Safety and Health Officer to oversee daily safety at a Hanscom AFB-based federal construction project. You will coordinate with subcontractors and project leadership to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and EM 385-1-1, and support the Accident Prevention Plan and AHAs.

Responsibilities include site inspections, safety orientations, incident investigations, and training; you will also maintain records and lead safety briefings.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience.
• Experience implementing APPs and AHAs; oversee subcontractor safety.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily site inspections and track issues through resolution.
• Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training.
• Review subcontractor safety documentation and ensure site compliance.
• Investigate incidents and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety equipment and resources on site.
• Provide field coaching on hazard recognition and safe practices.
