Job summary

CORE Safety Group is seeking a Field Support Manager to support safety professionals and clients across Texas. You will travel to active construction sites, provide guidance, and ensure resources are available to our advisory teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction safety experience, extensive OSHA knowledge, and exceptional communication skills. This role requires frequent travel and the ability to build strong client relationships with contractors and project leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Texas.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with CORE leadership and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly to construction job sites throughout Texas to meet with and support CORE Safety Advisors.
• Serve as a field resource and point of contact for CORE Safety Advisors, helping address safety-related challenges and providing professional guidance.
• Conduct job-site visits to evaluate safety practices, identify potential hazards, and ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, project leadership, and other safety professionals.
• Communicate regularly with clients and CORE leadership regarding project safety performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Help ensure CORE Safety Advisors are delivering consistent, high-quality service to our clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety programs, processes, and client relationships.
• Represent CORE Safety Group professionally at client meetings, project sites, and industry events.
• Maintain strong communication between field personnel, clients, and CORE Safety Group leadership.
