Qualifications

• Five+ years of construction safety experience with field oversight of active sites.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training completed.
• Experience applying OSHA construction requirements and environmental standards on jobsites.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between project sites.
• Strong communication skills with field crews, subcontractors, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Travel between construction sites to conduct safety inspections, audits, and field observations.
• Identify hazards, recommend practical controls, and verify corrective actions.
• Lead site safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training for employees and subcontractors.
• Work with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors to incorporate safety into daily work planning.
• Support compliance with OSHA requirements and environmental standards, including stormwater and waste handling.
