Harder Mechanical Contractors is seeking a Project Safety Professional to support field-based safety on an Advanced Technology project in Phoenix, AZ. You will work with project management, supervision, and craft employees to identify hazards, reinforce safety planning, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.

This salaried, 5-day workweek position requires strong communication, the ability to coach crews, and willingness to learn. Weekend shifts may be required based on project needs.

Competenze

• 2+ years of construction safety experience or similar field safety role.
• OSHA 30 Construction Certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Support incident prevention through field observations, site inspections, coaching, and employee engagement.
• Conduct job walks to identify hazards and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with superintendents, foremen and crews to support safe work planning.
• Assist with inspections of job site areas, tools, equipment, materials and work practices.
• Support safety requirements related to fall protection, confined space, hazardous energy control, scaffolding, excavation, material handling, and hazard communication.
